Expansion of Service Department Completed

Industrial Air Power complete re-structuring of the service department within the existing Bridgend facility and at new offices and workshop premises at Plymouth. With an increasing customer base and recent unprecedented growth in service related business, the service department underwent a program of expansion.

The aim of the program, is to ensure that the way existing and new customers are cared for can be maintained at the level that Industrial Air Power and their customers expect.

Firstly, the service department moved into new offices fitted with a new state of the art computer and operating system.

The new operating system allows a quicker response to customers’ service requirements with improved and more efficient administration.

Secondly, two new service administrators have been employed in Bridgend and Plymouth to co-ordinate service related work within each region.

The department headed by our Service Manager Paul Crisp, is now in a better position to support our existing and new customers with a professional team, modern facilities/equipment and seven fully trained mobile engineers.
