Industrial Air Power Limited will continue to operate autonomously providing a comprehensive sales, design, installation, maintenance and repair service for most major manufacturers’ air compressors, as well as installation services for water and steam pipelines. Paul Fisher, Managing Director of Relay Engineering Limited, commented: “The acquisition of IAP allows our company, and wider Denholm Oilfield Services group, to offer complete turnkey solutions for compressed air systems by complementing our existing installation skillset. Working together with IAP’s experienced team of compressor engineers, we intend to introduce their high quality specialist services into the marine environment of military and commercial vessels.”
Chris Diggins, Industrial Air Power Limited Managing Director added: “We are excited about the future under the umbrella of the Denholm Oilfield Services group and in particular working with Relay Engineering. We see a tremendous opportunity to create growth of our services into the wider Denholm Oilfield Services group, whilst working closely with Relay Engineering to provide complete turnkey packages within IAP’s existing customer base, by providing electrical installation and general fabrication services which would have previously been sub-contracted.”
