A number of employees at Industrial Air Power have recently been awarded their individual National Vocational Qualifications, to help maintain their personal development and to ensure Industrial Air Power continue to provide market leading customer service. Industrial Air Power have been pleased to support and encourage all staff to participate in any additional training that’s required to ensure the high levels of customer service have been maintained.
NVQs or National Vocational Qualifications signifies qualifications that distinguish an individual’s aptitude, which includes the expertise, understanding and skills they possess to carry out their daily working tasks to as high a standard as possible.
Aside from benefiting the employees of Industrial Air Power, National Vocational Qualifications also offer many advantages to the customers. For instance, the increased performance levels of the workers leads to higher productivity through gaining invaluable knowledge. Additionally workers have become highly motivated which results in better working practices and customer service.
Industrial air power would like to congratulate the Service Coordinator, Anne Keen and the Service Supervisor, Robert Parry on achieving their NVQ Lv.2 in Customer Service, alongside the Stores Administrator, Roger Huxtable on achieving his NVQ Lv.2 in Warehousing and Storage.
